What is needed to host a workshop or minga is a project or task to be carried out, materials for the project, and a structure that provides shelter for at least 15 people in case the weather requires it. If the minga or workshop lasts more than a day, a place for people to sleep under shelter is also needed in case camping is not possible or there is a storm. In workshops and mingas, a space is created where work is shared, learning takes place, and people socialize, often forming interesting connections for future projects.
